My dishwasher is possessed

Either that or Alan is playing tricks on me. Sometimes I go to load more dirty dishes into it and I can tell it has already washed the dishes. Unfortunately the dishwasher soap is probably not possessed and does not put itself in before the process starts. Besides I have no idea what kind of cycle it has just run. I have caught it in the act a couple of times. I hear it start from the other room. The other option is me cracking up and losing my mind. I don't think that I am so crazy as to wash a half a dozen dishes though.
