Dave has a saying that he uses frequently; "Well; I want to fly to the moon." He means; "We can't always get what we want." Sierra is so excited for Papa to come home that she has a list of things she is going to do with her Papa. Fly to the moon is at the top of the list. Kevin tried to reason with her in an adult way which reduced her to uncontrollable sobbing. We decided that against all obstacles we would have to plan a trip to the moon. Kevin was great. He planned a ton of activities and made assignments for everyone. We all hustled to get ready for our big adventure.
Jamie made space ranger t-shirts for everyone because you know astronauts have to wear special clothing. She also provided everyone with a boarding pass. How can you get to the moon without proper credentials?
The boarding passes were numbered so everyone could get to the moon safely. No pushing or shoving allowed here.
Down we go to enter into the "tele-porter" that Kevin has made for our trip. I do love instantaneous travel.
The last of us taking off for the moon. It is so exciting. What a huge adventure we were all in for.
Dave informed me that an actual company is working on a space flight program for the "Average Joe." Their target price is $200,000. My children should all appreciate the investment we have just made in them because at that price I don't think every Tom, Dick or Harry is going to get this opportunity.

That is one lucky girl. I hope she knows that not just everyone could get her entire family to "create" a trip to the moon. What a darling activity.
