Hike #3 - WaTeRFaLLs

Hiking just a little over 3 miles more would give us the chance to see the waterfalls in the park. We are hoping it is worth it because it is starting to get hot.



You can't access the falls because of the sheer cliffs but it was a pretty view.

The first fall is 70 feet.

This second fall is only 30 feet. We all voted. Majority ruled (that is me-everybody knows my vote counts twice) YES - the hike was worth it.

I love how blue the sky is in New Mexico. Within 30 minutes this pretty white cloud is a massive downpour. We barely made it back to the car.
