El Pinto is a famous restautant here in Albuquerque. Anyone who is famous that comes into town eats here. Their pictures hang on the walls to prove it. They also catered dinner at the White House. I told Dave I had to eat here before we return to Utah because people always ask if I have eaten here. I compared it to going to Utah and not skiing-which I have not done-it was a poor example. He suggested maybe I compare it to swimming in the Great Salt Lake-which I have done. Anyway he took me to dinner. They serve typical New Mexican food which is nothing like Mexican Food. I had carne adovada which is a pork dish; way too hot. Dave had something with green chilis which is a staple here in New Mexico.
I had a wonderful evening.
